At first I could hear what sounded like a busy call centre in the background, but no one said anything. Then a guy with an accent asked me to verify my name. When I asked who he was, he said he was calling from BT and told me my monthly bill was going down to £24.99. I began to mention that BT normally sends an email about changes and that I always ring them back to check, then he just cut the call.
