Received a call from an unidentified number, completely out of the blue and uninvited.

The line was absolutely cluttered with noise, reminiscent of a typical call centre atmosphere. The chap on the other end claimed he was representing Amazon, trying to discuss a gift card that I allegedly bought through my account. Whether he was trying to sell me gift cards or not, I couldn't quite make it out. To be honest, his thick accent made it challenging for me to grasp the conversation properly.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Call Protect, saying I needed to update stuff and asking for my info. I refused to share anything and called him out as a scammer. He got really rude, started swearing and blaming my country for scams. After that rant, I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Honestly, almost every call with an Indian or Pakistani accent is a scam these days, so best just to hang up or outsmart them if you want.

Early this morning around 7.30, I got a call from a guy with an Indian accent. There was a lot of noise behind him and he kept prying about some Amazon gift card. I couldn’t really catch what he was saying properly, so I just ended up hanging up.
