Over the last couple of days, I’ve had about six dodgy calls already. Now this number pops up, so I’m adding it to my block list too! I didn’t pick up, especially since Norton marked it as suspicious. If it was something urgent, they’d leave a voicemail, right? Definitely not something I trust.

some bloke called Kevin rang up saying he was from Microsoft and claimed there was an issue with my PC. i told him he was talking rubbish and he quickly ended the call. hate it when these scammers try to scare people who don't know any better.

Got a call from 01580715902, some bloke with an Indian accent who said his name was “harry”. He claimed to be from microsoft support and said my computer had issues. When I told him straight up that it was a scam, he actually called me a monkey! I told him he was daft, but he just kept going on, asking how I knew it was all a con. Eventually, I just hung up on him.

Got a call supposedly from ‘support’ saying my computer was infected with malware. We ended up chatting about antivirus stuff for a bit, and I even threw some tech questions their way. Then I mentioned I just use Apple gear, which didn’t go down well. They sounded annoyed, so I just ended the call!

Lucky they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail. I keep asking myself why I even still have a landline when nearly every call I get turns out to be like that.
