Spent about 20 minutes listening to them going on about PPI claims. I told them before to stop calling cos I’ve got no claim and any I’ve made were sorted directly through my bank. They wouldn’t let me just hang up and said I had to answer some questions first to get taken off their calling list. Now they’re sending me a form I’m supposed to fill out and send back just to be removed. I thought you just asked once and that was the end of it.
