5 yearsGot a ring from an Andrew Adams the other day, who oddly enough offered to help me pull out funds from a crypto firm - which I was actually in the middle of doing. He started explaining what his company was about, so I asked him to send over the details in writing. He emailed me a shaky looking contract for a company called Block Chain Access Ltd. When I looked it up on the FCA site, it came up that there’s a clone scam going around. The email was from Andrew Adams, and the top of it had logos from the FCA, Prudential Regulation Authority, and Companies House. Really watch out for these folks, they’re smooth talkers but definitely dodgy.Andrew AdamsBlock Chain Access LtdFCAPrudential Regulation AuthorityCompanies House5 yearsLooks like it was from the FCA. One call said they were some sort of investigation team, claiming I’d lost money through a crypto scam. I told them straight up that wasn’t true, but they kept trying to dig into some registration I supposedly did. They’re super persistent, no real details given.
