I was on the phone about my washer warranty and the person on the other end got really rude with me. I told them I already have insurance covering my washer if it breaks, but instead of understanding, they started yelling at me. Then after I ended the call, they rang me back and kept shouting before I just hung up for good. Proper unpleasant experience.
