Infuriated, I warned him that I'd report him to the authorities if he didn't stop. His charming response? “You’re a f***ing idiot," followed by another abrupt hang-up. A few hours later, he called once more, and I managed to extract a name from him - Sam, though he was clearly lying, given his thick Indian accent.
