I called the number back and at first, it sounded like a UK dialling tone, then there were noises like they were transferring me somewhere else. After that, I started hearing a US style ring, but no one picked up, so I ended the call.

I got a call from a number starting with 01579, and the person said they were from Amazon, trying to get me to renew my Prime membership. As far as I know, Amazon doesn’t use that number prefix for their offices. Feels like it’s a scam to me.
