Got loads of calls from dodgy numbers today, all despite having my phone on the Telephone Preference Service and caller ID switched on. At first, the caller ID just showed "International Out of Area," but when I used 1471, it revealed the calls were actually coming from a Cornwall number. Proper dodgy if you ask me!

Got a dodgy call from someone claiming to be in Liskard, Cornwall. Definitely a scam.

About an hour ago I got a call from an automated woman with an American accent claiming my internet had been hacked or something like that. I gave the number a ring from a different phone but nobody picked up.

Got a robo call saying my internet IP got hacked and that my service would be cut off in the next day or two. They said I could fix it for free by pressing 1 to talk to a technician. I just ended the call straightaway.
