I'm pretty sure my mobile number isn't on any business directory related to the companies I’ve dealt with, and I've definitely signed up with TPS to block these kinds of calls.

Today at around 1pm, I got a call from 01579 003351. I answered on my landline but couldn’t hear anything, which felt pretty strange. I tried calling back straight away, but the phone told me the number wasn’t valid, even though it clearly showed up on my caller ID. It’s got me thinking this might have been a cold call, or maybe even some sort of scam attempt.
