Got a call from a number I didn’t know, so I let the message play. Jotted down what it said and rang Merseyside police who told me it was a scam. They mentioned something about a £1300 international money transfer, said I hadn’t used the service, then told me to press 1 or 2 to cancel, or 0 to hear it again. I’ve blocked the number now for good. Totally dodgy, best just hang up right away.
