Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming to be from “BT Open Call” about our broadband. Told him we aren’t a BT customer and asked him to remove our number. Suddenly, he began shouting “are you even listening???” then swore at me to “f#ck off”. It’s crazy how these scammers steal normal phone numbers now! Imagine if someone more vulnerable had answered that? Properly worrying.
