Got a phone call from some bloke with an Asian accent, said he was from BT and that there’s an issue with my internet. I asked him straight up, if you’re with BT, what’s my name then? He told me he could only give me an internet reference number or something. I wasn’t having any of it and told him to jog on ’cause he wasn’t genuine. Next thing, he just hangs up on me! Proper scam call that one.
