Asked them to give me a number to call back on ‘cause I didn’t want to keep chatting on the phone. Took three tries but finally got 01793556931. The woman said they’d sent texts to my mobile and even quoted the last three digits of my old mobile number. Told her to ring me on my new BT number instead, then the line just went dead.
