Sounds like a dodgy call to me. Some guy, sounded Asian, with a lot of background noise like a busy call centre, rang me up claiming there were complaints about Sky’s mobile service. He wanted to know how I found it and said he could sort me out with a refund of two months’ payments for the “bad service” - which I never even mentioned. Then he asked for my bank details and birthday. When I cheekily asked what name he had on the account, he got rude and just hung up on me. Oh well, what can you do!
