Got a polite bloke on the line saying I needed to upgrade my broadband or it'd be disconnected. He asked me to hold for an advisor, but I just didn’t bother waiting.

A bloke with an English accent called me, claiming there was some urgent message from Ofcom. I just hung up straight away!

I got a call saying I needed to upgrade my broadband or they'd just cut it off. Seemed a bit dodgy to me. They pushed hard for the upgrade, but I wasn’t too sure if it was legit or some sales trick. Anyway, ended up just ignoring it for now.
