I’ve been bombarded with a number of nuisance calls from 01575573790, claiming to represent the BT Technical Support regarding problems with my internet connection. The thing is, I don’t even subscribe to BT broadband! Quite the cheek, if you ask me.

been getting loads of calls lately from numbers that look almost the same. every time they say they're from bt, mostly about my broadband, even tho I’m not with them. once they called themselves bt openreach, and warned my internet might get cut off or that I’ve been hacked or summat. I’m in IT myself and even did some time at bt, and this definitely sounds like a scam to me.

I got a phone call from a woman saying she was from BT, British Telecom, about my internet. I said I was a bit tied up but to go ahead and keep talking, then she just hung up on me. As far as I know, BT don’t usually ring up customers asking about work, they’ve got enough going on already.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was from BT. I wasn't exactly polite. He mentioned the call was being recorded, and I just told him to go ahead and record it. Ended up swearing a lot. Then I blocked the number. If it really was BT, my bad!

I wasnt really sure who it was but when i phoned back it just went silent with a dial tone so probly a scam.
