Oh, these spam calls just keep coming by accident, don’t they!

Really strange situation cos this number showed up on my phone but with no name attached, and I used to live in the place it’s calling from. Lately, I’ve been getting calls from my own area code asking if I’ve been in an accident, but the voice had a weird foreign accent, nothing like up here in the north of Scotland. Proper annoying!

This seems pretty dodgy to me. I’m from Kelso and our numbers start with 01573, so when I saw this number, I immediately assumed it was local. Turns out, it’s just some firm ringing about PPI claims. No idea how they manage to get away with using local codes like that.
