I get these funny calls all the time, it's quite the regular thing really.

A bloke rang me, claiming that I’d reported a car accident and insisted he got my number from some kind of opted-in list. I made it quite clear that I hadn’t lodged any such report, nor had I been involved in any mishap. I told him not to bother me again, but he just wouldn’t take the hint. In the end, I had no choice but to hang up and subsequently blocked his number. What a nuisance!
