A chap rang me up, claiming to be from OpenReach. I was well aware they don't typically make calls like that, but I decided to engage him a bit. He started blabbering on about some supposed issue with my broadband speed and insisted I hop on my computer so he could fix it for me. He quickly became a tad agitated, questioning why I seemed to be disregarding his instructions and all that. In the end, I flat-out told him there was no way I was logging onto my computer, and I terminated the call.
