Some bloke claimed he was from OpenReach, but I’ve heard they don’t usually phone up. Still, I let him chat for a bit. He was going on about some issue with my broadband speed and wanted me to log on to my PC so he could fix it. He got a bit annoyed, asking why I wasn’t listening or following his instructions. I just told him there’s no chance I’m using my computer for this, then ended the call.
