Got a weird call with a robo message about my Amazon Prime subscription being renewed for £39.99, and it said to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. The voice was super similar to those from Visa. I didn't press anything, but I saved the number from 1471. When I tried calling it back, it just wouldn’t go through, said the number wasn’t recognised or something. Bit fishy if you ask me.

I picked up the phone but quickly ended the call. After looking at what others said before, I'm relieved I kept quiet.

Got a call on my landline from this number, said it was about my Amazon Prime auto-renewal. Thing is, I never gave Amazon my landline number and my subscription isn’t even close to expiring. Smells like a total scam to me.
