Heads up, this was definitely a scam. Got a few calls from different numbers all claiming to be Amazon Prime. The call centre was super busy and kept telling me my account was hacked and I could get £80 back. I told them I didn’t get it, but the woman kept pushing to explain. When I said I don’t even use a computer or anything like that, she just cut the call. Total waste of time!
