I find it rather bothersome that I'm getting harassed with constant phone calls.

I received a call from a bloke with a bit of an accent, stating he was ringing about some complaints involving "damp and leaks." To be honest, I can't recall ever making any such complaints. Besides, I'm the owner of the property, not just a tenant! How odd.

Had a call from a bloke with a thick Indian accent. He claimed to be from the council maintenance team and asked if there was anything wrong with my property that needed sorting out. Didn’t wait around and just told him to forget it.

They asked if I'd noticed any damp, mould or cracks in the property. When I asked who my landlord was, all they could say was the Council or Housing Association. They didn’t give me their name or my address either. The call ended pretty quickly after that. Bit annoying, I wanted to keep messing about with them but they hung up on me!
