Received a call from a really loud background, claimed to be from the BT help desk, telling me some company in California was trying to access my router and they wanted to assist. When I mentioned I wasn’t with BT, they suddenly said they were from Virgin support. I told them I didn’t trust what they were saying and they got rude before hanging up on me. Pretty sure it was a scam.
