At first, I honestly thought it was my current provider, but after a few minutes, I realised it wasn’t. When I mentioned I had mental health problems over the past decade, the person on the line suddenly switched tone, said I was probably best to stay with my existing plan, and then just hung up on me. Since then, I’ve been bombarded with nearly 20 calls since the 5th of Jan.5 yearsThis dodgy cowboy outfit tried to trick me into believing they were from my real insurance firm. At first, they sounded well polite and used tricky language to fool me. But when i mentioned some old mental health issues (depression), their attitude switched instantly and they just hung up on me! I advise to block their number straight away. They kept ringing me for 10 days non stop, sometimes 4 times daily - proper harassment!5 yearsHas anyone got a clue who this number could be? They started calling non stop from the 4th of Jan, but never say anything when I pick up. I eventually blocked it, but now they’re leaving voice messages that just say “hello”.
