Somebody rang me saying they were from my O2 sim card provider. I told them straight away they weren’t calling from O2 but they insisted they weren’t doing any selling. When I repeated that they weren’t from O2, the person got pushy, asking how I was so sure and then claimed to be from the billing team for my O2 sim. Best to steer clear - they’re just trying to fish for your bank info and address pretending to offer free upgrades.

Got a call from someone saying they were with EE, offering a free upgrade or something like that. Sounded a bit dodgy to me.
