I replied, "I do apologise, but your laughter is rather distracting; could you kindly repeat that?" He then insisted, "Our records indicate you’ve had a road traffic accident in the last two years, MR MY NAME." I responded, "Oh really? And when did this allegedly happen?" His answer? "Our records show it was within the last two years." I countered, "That’s what you’ve said, but if you have these records, might you enlighten me with the specific date?"
