She claimed that my so-called 'Amazaaaaaaaaaaan' account was about to be renewed automatically. She then insisted that if I wished to opt out, I should press one. It’s rather amusing, really, as I’ve never once set up an Amazon account, nor did my dear late mother, who couldn't see well enough to make such arrangements anyway.
