Got a call from someone saying they were O2, saying they could give me 30% off my bill without changing my contract. They went on with some confusing stuff but I couldn’t really make out what they meant. I just ended the call and then they rang me again shortly after.

They claimed to be from o2 but couldn't even tell me my name, which was a bit fishy. Then they started going on about some "special offer" I had been chosen for. As soon as I told them it sounded like a scam, I just hung up straight away.

My phone buzzed, and I thought it might be someone from my family, so I hurried to answer and almost lost my balance (I have trouble moving about). Bloody annoying! 😡 They didn’t even leave a voicemail. Definitely blocking them now.
