She mentioned it was a bit like the council’s right to buy scheme, with a 3-year commitment after which you could sell it on and pocket the profit. When I asked how they knew I had a timeshare, she mumbled something about forms I’d filled out and not ticking some privacy boxes. I made it clear I never agreed to let them use my data for marketing. She then promised to remove me from their list and just hung straight up.
