She mentioned something about a scheme similar to the council's right to buy, which would apparently lock me in for three years, after which I could sell and pocket any gains. When I pressed her on how she had my details, she babbled on about filling out forms and neglecting to tick the privacy options. I clearly told her that I always opt out of marketing use of my personal information. In response, she claimed she would remove my name from her list and promptly hung up. Upon trying to return the call, I was met with silence!
