Got a call from this number where the bloke said he was from BT Openreach, saying there was an emergency with my internet - but I don’t even have internet here. The guy, who said his name was Sam Billing or something similar, got really rude and started swearing at me, calling me some nasty names. I’ve reported the whole thing to BT and they confirmed they hadn’t called me at all.
