At 2:28pm today, this number rang me but I chose not to pick up. It was the third time in a row I’d had a call from someone sounding like they were calling from abroad, claiming to be with Microsoft and warning me about suspicious activity connected to my details. Before this, I’d already gotten calls from these numbers: 02038070086 and 07859358975. I've blocked all of them now.
