I have to admit, Alex was a tad overbearing at times, but in hindsight, I’m quite pleased we went ahead with it. We did encounter some hassle reaching customer service, but it seems they were in the process of relocating their offices. On the upside, they’ve been splendid since then. Click 1st is consistently at the forefront of our search results, which is all we could really ask for.

I truly hope I'm mistaken about this lot, but so far, they've deducted an excessive sum from our account, and we've had no luck reaching them by phone or getting a response through email. Fingers crossed they’re simply having a tough patch and that this issue gets resolved in no time. It's worrying us, which is why I've been trying to dig up more information on them online.
