Got a call from some place called Boom or something like that. They started off by telling me to make sure my broadband bill was paid on time, then suddenly claimed I hadn’t paid a bill at all. When I asked who exactly was responsible for the bill, I just said I work for BT, which makes no sense since they had some sort of employee code listed next to mine. I wonder where on earth they got my details from. After I told them to have a nice day, they just cut the call.
