I received a few calls from this number, but there were no messages left. I decided to ring it back and found out it's linked to MBNA. Oddly enough, the gentleman on the other end seemed completely bewildered by my call. We ended up asking him the very same thing! In the end, I hung up feeling rather perplexed!

We definitely believe it was MBNA that rang us, as we decided to call them back to figure out why there was no message left. The representatives were utterly clueless when we asked about the call. They only asked if we held an MBNA card, which we do, but we weren't about to confirm that. Moreover, they had no reasonable explanation for not leaving a voicemail. Quite the useful service, wasn't it?

We've received several calls from this number, so we decided to ring back to find out who was trying to get in touch. The individuals on the other end identified themselves as being from MBNA. They asked for our name, which made sense as they seemed to want to clarify the reason for their call. After they pulled up our details, they shared some significant updates regarding their approvals. Following our chat with MBNA, we ended up transferring everything over and couldn't be happier with how it worked out for merging our debts with the said approvals. Received a call from MBNA representing their debt consolidation team. My wife answered and they were keen to connect us to the Approvals department to sort out a loan for any unsecured debts we might have. Not a bloody chance, I told her!
