Told him I wasn’t interested in changing anything and said cheers before hanging up. Right after I ended the call, I got two more calls from different numbers and places, which I just ignored. Just to add, I logged into my account and discovered that a scammer had sneakily accessed it to purchase a HAN Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max Graphite 1TB MLLK3B/A for nearly £1000! I swiftly rang O2 and was able to stop the order just in time; it was a real nail-biter. Upon reflection, I’m puzzled as to how they got into my account. However, I think I've pieced it together now... They asked me to read back a verification code they'd supposedly sent, but it wasn’t really from them. The message actually came from O2, which is why I received it directly. They were pulling the strings behind the scenes, only needing my email address, since the new code was sent to my phone. They cunningly inquired if I'd received it. Just a heads-up, stay vigilant!

I had no idea O2 never actually got in touch with me before and I was paying way more than I had to on my plan. Now, after chatting with him, my phone bill is way cheaper. Couldn't be happier!
