Got a call from a recorded voice claiming to be BT Online Help saying there was an issue with my router. It asked me to press 1 to talk to someone. The person who came on the line spoke with a thick Indian accent, pretty clear they were from overseas. He told me to switch on my PC and walked me through installing some programme. Don’t fall for it, it’s definitely a con!
