My mum got a phone call from the number 01563 597302, which links to Gemma Telecom Holdings Ltd in Kilmarnock. The caller, speaking with a foreign accent, claimed that £300 was stolen from an Amazon account and £3000 taken from a different one. They were asking for my mum’s name. I told them straight away it was obviously a scam. After that, they started being rude and aggressive.
