It seems that this was a call from a debt recovery agency. I can’t quite tell if they’re on the up-and-up or not. The call I received relates to a phone contract that was established without my permission, courtesy of another company. They’ve already employed a separate collections outfit that harassed me repeatedly, changing their name but sounding remarkably similar each time. Quite the annoyance, to be honest! I lodged a complaint, and it was validated, yet here I am again, receiving calls from this number. Absolutely infuriating!

Today, I've received three calls from this number, and they keep leaving voicemails. One of the messages is from a woman with a Scottish accent, but the phone quality was so poor that I couldn't decipher much apart from her mentioning someone named Philip and that her name is Fearne. Quite puzzling, really!
