Some bloke called saying I was owed money back on a washing machine. I kept asking who he was and which company he worked for, but he never answered. Then I asked what brand the machine was and after a bit of silence, he said Hotpoint. Thing is, we don’t have a Hotpoint at all. Feels like a dodgy trick to get my bank details by pretending they want to send me a refund. Yeah, no thanks.
