This person kept going on and on during the call, but somehow they already knew who I was.

Someone rang me saying they were from HomeEnergy Scotland, but when I checked with the real HES, they said it wasn’t them. I already had been in touch with HES before, so this felt off. The caller was trying to sell stuff like gas boilers, heat pumps, and hybrid heating systems, saying I could get a 75% grant from the Scottish Government. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

They keep ringing for a different person, not me. Honestly, I'm getting really annoyed now and just want it to end. If it doesn’t stop soon, I’m thinking of calling Ofcom.
