01563 252871 called me with an automated message pretending to be Sky, warning about some suspicious activity on my broadband and phone service, threatening to disconnect it immediately. They asked me to press 1 to proceed, so I did just to see what would happen. Then, an Indian-accented lady answered, but I couldn’t make out most of what she was saying. I asked her straight up, “You’re not really from Sky, are you?” She mumbled something quietly, so I raised my voice saying again, “You’re not with Sky,” and she instantly ended the call. Definitely a scam.
