Could anyone shed some light on who might be calling from this number? I'm quite curious to know!

Had a call on my mobile from 01562 732928, which I didn't recognise, so I didn’t pick up and the call just stopped. Right after, I got a text saying, "please contact wfde re arrangement for council tax 01562 732928." I decided to ring my local council and they told me that number isn’t theirs, so they warned me to ignore and delete it. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me!
