Got a call around 8:10 in the morning from a bloke sounding like he was from India, saying he’s ringing about my Virgin Media broadband. Thing is, he didn’t have a clue about my name or any account info. The day before, I had two quiet calls at roughly the same time, but they came from totally different numbers.
