I received a rather unsettling call from someone with an Indian accent who mentioned my name directly, which I found quite off-putting. Personally, I believe it's best practice for callers to introduce themselves with their company name initially. To be honest, I haven’t a clue who it was, as they hung up the moment I didn’t respond.
