Got a call from this number on Tuesday 4th January around 7:33pm. I picked up thinking it might be about an emergency with someone in my family, as the area code (01561) looked familiar. The guy on the other end was giggling and chuckling, trying to say he was from something like Recovery Direct. I soon hung up and blocked the number straight away. Really poor form. They definitely could do with better employees or at least a proper training for whoever handles calls! - caller: Recovery Direct (something like that)
