I received a cheeky call from this number on Tuesday, 4th January, right around 19:33. I only picked up thinking it might be something serious regarding a family member, given the local area code of 01561. However, amidst the chap's cackling and snorting, he managed to blurt out that he was from Recovery Direct or some such nonsense. I swiftly terminated the call in utter disbelief and promptly added the number to my blocked list. Talk about a shoddy display of professionalism! Clearly, they ought to consider employing staff who possess a bit more decorum or perhaps invest in a decent training programme! - Caller: Recovery Direct (or thereabouts)
