I received a dodgy call purporting to be from HMRC. It was a robotic voice making ominous threats about an arrest warrant linked to my name unless I pressed 1 to chat about some supposed tax fraud. Utter nonsense! I've since added them to my block list!

I got a call from this weird computer voice that sounded totally American, saying it was from HRMC. My phone showed the call was coming from Russia, which is sketchy. Definitely a scam, especially since the number's flagged as high risk because of where it’s based.
