3 yearsSomeone rang me claiming to be from Virgin, asking if I could do a speed check as they said I wasn’t getting the speed I’m paying for. Then they brought on a ‘supervisor’ who asked me to get on my laptop so an engineer could run some tests. I ended the call straight away - it felt dodgy, like they were trying to get access to my computer.
