I got a call from 01559 502141 the other day, a woman with an American accent said she was from BT OpenReach and wanted to chat about our internet. I told her I wasn't interested and ended the call. I've blocked the number now, but they keep ringing back from different numbers. I don't usually pick up these calls, but I figured I'd answer once to see what it was. I'll keep blocking them though.
