Beware, this is definitely a rip off. I got a call about some Amazon Prime stuff and they asked me for £97. I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime before. What really got me is how they used a local number but clearly weren’t from around here. I’ve blocked them now on my BT service so hopefully they can’t bother me again.
